These terms cover your use of plotted, the app made by Plot My Friends LLC. By signing in and using plotted, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your information.

what plotted is

plotted is a game for friends. Each week you answer a quiz, get sorted into a type, and guess where your friends landed. It's for fun and conversation only. It is not a psychological, medical or professional assessment, and nothing in it is advice about you or anyone else.

your account

• You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure. Anything done through your plotted account counts as done by you.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use plotted.
• Your friend code is yours to share with people you know. Please don't post it publicly or use someone else's code to pretend to be them.

how to behave

plotted pokes fun at personalities, so keep it friendly. Please don't:

• harass, threaten or spam other people, including with friend requests;
• pretend to be someone else;
• try to get into anyone else's account or data, or look up people who haven't shared their code with you;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its servers.

We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

what you put in, and what's ours

Your quiz answers, guesses and profile stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to your friends as described in the privacy policy, so the app can work.

The weekly axes, quiz questions, type names, writing, logo and design belong to Plot My Friends LLC. Please don't copy or reuse them commercially without asking. Any brands or names that appear in the content belong to their owners, and we aren't affiliated with them.

leaving

You can stop using plotted any time and permanently delete your account from profile → delete my account in the app. Deleting removes your account and data as described in the privacy policy.

no guarantees

plotted is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or that results will be what you expect. To the extent the law allows, Plot My Friends LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for it, which is nothing today.

governing law

Plot My Friends LLC is an Oregon limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use plotted after a change means you accept the updated terms.
